Headliner: Elliot Woolsey
Colorado native Elliot Woolsey refuses to leave the state because he’s unaffected by alcohol at sea level, and that’s a dealbreaker. Instead he’s been a staple of the Colorado comedy scene for over a decade. He’s a regular headliner at the world famous Comedy Works in Denver, host of Film on the Rocks, and has been featured at the High Plains Comedy Festival and the Telluride Blues and Brews festival (where he danced on stage with George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelics).
Feature: Austin Black
Austin is originally from Iowa and now resides in Denver, Colorado. No one cares that he has performed in multiple comedy festivals such as Denver Fringe Festival, Floodwater, Green Gravel, and finished top five in the “Funniest Person in Iowa Contest” at Penguin’s Comedy Club. He was also a finalist in the Clean Comedy Contest at Comedy Works. Austin is not a winner. Shortly before moving to Denver, he had the opportunity to open for Theo Von. Austin’s parents have described his comedy as “I wish he would’ve graduated college.”
