DJ Drake was born in Berkeley, & raised in Oakland, CA where his love for all genres of music began. He's got the Soul & Funk of his 'Town but was lucky enough to witness & enjoy the birth of MTV which brought New Wave, Pop, Rock & Reggae into his repertoire.
